Job Title: Store Manager – Herbal Fresho

Herbal Fresho is looking for a responsible and sales-driven Store Manager to oversee the entire store, manage daily operations, and grow sales of fruits and vegetables.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Drive sales by attracting new customers, promoting products, and encouraging repeat purchases.
- Handle customers, resolve complaints, and maintain good customer relationships.
- Manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the availability of fresh produce.
- Supervise store staff and ensure efficient work practices.
- Monitor product quality, maintain attractive displays, and minimize wastage.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, cleanliness, and store organization.
- Track daily sales and identify ways to improve store performance.

Requirements

- Experience in retail, grocery, supermarket, or fruits and vegetables businesses preferred.
- Robust sales, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage people, stock, and daily store activities independently.
