- Execute production activities as per approved SOPs, batch records, and manufacturing instructions.
- Monitor chemical reactions and process parameters such as temperature, pressure, pH, vacuum, flow rate, and reaction time.
- Perform raw material charging, reaction, heating, cooling, filtration, drying, mixing, and other production operations as applicable.
- Ensure correct identification, weighing, and handling of raw materials and chemicals.
- Monitor equipment operation and report abnormalities, breakdowns, or unsafe conditions to the Shift In-Charge.
