- Manage and supervise the CRM team and daily operations.
- Handle client communication, queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, and Dispatch for timely order completion.
- Monitor customer orders, CPD reports, shipment schedules, and pending orders.
- Ensure timely dispatch, customer satisfaction, and client retention.
