Position: Public Relations & Corporate Communications Executive

We are looking for a smart, articulate, and dynamic qualified with a strong background in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, and Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a polished professional demeanour, and the ability to manage media relations, corporate messaging, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media representatives, industry professionals, corporate stakeholders, and other relevant contacts.
- Corporate Communications: Draft professional emails, press releases, corporate profiles, presentations, speeches, and official communications.
- Social Media Management: Manage the organisation’s social media platforms, plan content calendars, and oversee regular posting and audience engagement.
- Content Creation: Create compelling written and visual content for social media, websites, corporate publications, and promotional campaigns.
- Brand Building: Support initiatives to strengthen the organisation’s corporate image, visibility, reputation, and market presence.
- Media & Event Coordination: Assist in organising corporate meetings, press interactions, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Digital Marketing: Coordinate online campaigns, monitor engagement metrics,



and identify opportunities to improve reach and audience interaction.
- Research & Reporting: Track relevant industry developments, media coverage, and social media performance, and prepare periodic reports.

Key Requirements

- A graduate or postgraduate qualification in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline will be desirable(Not essential).
- Prior experience or a demonstrable background in PR, corporate communications, social media marketing, or digital communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi and other Indian languages would be an advantage.
- Strong drafting, editing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation applications.
- A proactive, resourceful, well-organised, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Professional demeanour, confidence, discretion, and the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
