JOB DESCRIPTION - Field Sales Executive( Field Recruiter) Company: Future Placement

Location: Field Work

Experience: 0-5 Years (Retail / Finance / B2B Sales background preferred) Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management: Develop and manage network of vendors, agents & associates.

Agent Collaboration: Regular coordination with agents for candidate sourcing and requirements.

Lead Generation: Generate quality leads for Domestic & Overseas manpower requirements.

Targets: Achieve monthly targets for candidate deployment, business conversion & revenue.

Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, vendors & associates.

Reporting: Daily reporting of leads and market feedback to Branch Manager.

Requirements:12th / Graduate, Good communication

Two-wheeler with license preferred.

Target oriented & willing for field work

Salary: Fixed Salary + Incentives + TA/DA (PF & ESI perks after probation)
