Key Responsibilities:

- Make collection follow-up calls to customers.
- Communicate professionally and follow up on pending payments.
- Learn and explore new strategies to improve calling productivity.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain proper customer records and follow-up schedules.
- Develop effective communication and negotiation skills to improve collection performance.

Preferred Skills:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Candidates who can speak multiple languages will be given preference.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn, improve productivity, and achieve targets.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
