Position: Beautician / Hair Stylist

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform hair cutting, hair styling, blow-drying, and hair treatments.
- Provide makeup services for parties, weddings, and special occasions.
- Perform facial treatments, clean-ups, waxing, threading, and eyebrow shaping.
- Provide manicure, pedicure, and basic nail care services.
- Perform hair colouring, highlights, straightening, and other hair care services, as per expertise.
- Recommend suitable beauty treatments, hairstyles, and skincare products to clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of salon equipment, tools, and workstations.
- Handle client consultations, appointments, and customer service professionally.
- Promote salon services and products to increase customer satisfaction and sales.




- Maintain professional grooming standards and stay updated with the latest beauty trends.

Salary & Commission:

- Salary: 12K to 18K
- Commission: Additional commission on services performed, makeup packages, and product sales, as per company policy.
- Incentives may be provided based on performance and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:

- Relevant experience or certification in beauty and salon services.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of modern haircuts, makeup techniques, and beauty treatments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
