We need a Pre‑Sales Executive who can talk well, handle customers and sell. The Pre‑Sales Executive will look after leads, learn what customers want, and help the sales team turn questions into real business.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle leads that come in by phone, WhatsApp, email, and other ways.

* Learn what the customer needs and likes. When they want the work done.

* Decide if a lead is a business opportunity.

* Call customers back. Keep talking to them.

* Arrange visits, meetings, and talks for leads that look promising.

* Tell customers about our services, products, and packages. How we do things.

* Work with Sales, Design, Operations, and other teams so the lead moves smoothly.

* Keep records in the CRM or PMS.

* Watch every lead from the ask to the final sale and make sure calls are made in time.

* Write weekly reports about leads, calls, meetings, and sales.

* Answer questions from customers in a way that keeps them happy.

* Help the sales team reach their conversion and revenue goals.

**Preferred Industry Background**





People who have worked in Interior Design, Hospitality, Membership Sales, Banking, Real Estate, Insurance, Retail, or any other sales field that involves talking to customers are a fit.

**Required Skills**

* Good speaking and people skills.

* Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and keep talking.

* Focus on customers and on meeting targets.

* Understand what a customer wants and suggest the solution.

* Positive at showing and keeping relationships.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, CRM, and WhatsApp Business.

* Able to coordinate with teams and handle many leads at once.

* Positive, confident, and always looking for deals.

**. Experience**

* Graduate in any field.

* 2–4 Years of experience in Pre‑Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Relationship Management, or any customer‑facing sales role.

* Candidates from Interior, Hospitality, Membership Sales, Banking, or Real Estate are especially welcome.
