Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, and lead generation.

- Connect with prospective customers and understand their real estate requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.

- Schedule client meetings and property site visits.

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful sales.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue.

- Maintain accurate lead records and provide regular sales updates.





- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- A positive attitude with a passion for sales and business development.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Good relationship-building and convincing skills.

- Freshers with the right attitude and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Prior experience in real estate sales or business development is an advantage.
