Job Description: Spa Nation is looking for an energetic, confident and target-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to generate appointments, convert leads into paying customers and increase sales through effective customer communication.
This is a sales-oriented role with monthly targets and attractive incentives for high performers.
- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate spa appointments and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Promote spa therapies, memberships, packages and special offers.
- Follow up with previous customers to encourage repeat visits.
- Convert WhatsApp, social media and other customer enquiries into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and booking targets.
- Maintain customer records, follow-ups and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the spa reception team to ensure confirmed appointments translate into actual visits.
- Performance Targets & Incentives: Monthly sales and appointment conversion targets will be assigned.
- Attractive incentives for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Additional earning opportunities through membership and package sales.
- Performance will be evaluated based on actual sales generated, confirmed appointments and customer conversions.

- Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer conversion or inside sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and Punjabi; basic English preferred.
- Confident, persuasive and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Good follow-up skills and a positive attitude.
- Experience in spa, salon, beauty, wellness or hospitality sales will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and selling skills may also apply.
