Job Title: Barista – Third Wave Coffee

Job Description:

Third Wave Coffee is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, enjoy interacting with customers, and be committed to delivering excellent service while maintaining high standards of beverage quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other menu items as per company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Ensure consistent beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with menu recommendations.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and handle billing accurately.




- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter and throughout the café.
- Follow food safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and daily opening and closing activities.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and contribute to a positive café experience.

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or QSR preferred.
- Freshers with a passion for coffee and customer service can apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
