Are you a result-oriented sales professional with strong team management skills and a proven track record of closing deals? We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader – Sales who can lead from the front, drive team performance, and convert potential clients into successful closures.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation and client engagement to negotiations and final closures.
- Handle high-value clients, conduct sales meetings, and support the team in closing deals.
- Monitor daily team performance, sales pipelines, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
- Develop effective sales strategies to improve revenue and team productivity.
- Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ensure regular CRM updates, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain a consistent focus on customer satisfaction.




- Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Required Skills & Qualifications3–8 years of experience in sales, with proven expertise in team handling and deal closures.
- Prior experience in real estate sales, property advisory, BFSI, insurance, or other target-driven sales environments will be preferred.
- Solid negotiation, communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, resolve client objections, and drive conversions.
- A proactive, target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on revenue generation.
