Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our real estate marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining real estate projects, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads.
- Explain real estate projects, plot details, pricing, amenities, and investment opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Generate qualified leads and update customer information in the company CRM.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and maintain good relationships.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation targets.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Positive communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Kannada.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve targets.

Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
