1. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning: Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
2. Team Management: Supervise workers, supervisors, and production staff to ensure productivity, discipline, and productive workflow.
3. Quality Control: Maintain product quality standards, minimize rejection rates, and implement measures to reduce material wastage.
4. Machinery & Maintenance: Coordinate preventive maintenance and timely repairs to minimize machine downtime and production interruptions.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely dispatch.
6. Process Improvement: Identify production bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
7. Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards, operating procedures, and company policies.
8. Reporting: Prepare production reports and track output, efficiency, rejection rates, and material consumption.
