Job Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors and guide them appropriately.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and doctor schedules.
- Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
- Ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Requirements
- Previous receptionist experience in a hospital or clinic.
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and patient-handling skills.
- Professional attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Immediate availability to join preferred.
