About the Job

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking person to manage the complete operations of our newly established insurance business, from insurance booking and documentation to customer handling, policy issuance, renewals, and daily office management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the new insurance office.
- Handle insurance booking, quotations, applications, and policy issuance.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and their representatives.
- Handle customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
- Explain insurance plans, premiums, coverage, and policy terms to customers.
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and policy renewals.
- Assist customers with claims-related documentation and coordination.
- Maintain customer databases, policy records, payment details, and Excel reports.
- Generate new business leads and convert inquiries into customers.
- Ensure timely service and maintain good customer relationships.
- Manage all documentation, office records, and daily business reports.




- Take responsibility for setting up and smoothly running the complete insurance operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience in insurance operations, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Knowledge of computers, MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
- Good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the complete office setup.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
