2. Funnel Conversion & Turnaround Time: Track the end-to-end loan funnel, identify file drop-offs and drive improvements in conversion rates and TAT.

3. Diagnostics, Interventions & Strategic Projects: Identify business improvement opportunities, drive city-level interventions and implement strategic initiatives.

4. MIS, Analytics & Management Reviews: Maintain city dashboards and MIS, analyse business performance and present city business reviews to senior leadership.
