We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in hardcore B2B tech sales. This is a hands-on, field-oriented role requiring you to manage visiting leads, pitch comprehensive digital and software solutions face-to-face, and convert prospects into long-term clients across ERP, Digital Marketing, and Website Development services.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion & Field Sales: Actively pursue inbound and outbound leads, conduct client visits and meetings, and manage the full sales cycle from initial pitch to deal closure.
- Multi-Service Pitching: Drive sales across our core tech and digital offerings, including ERP solutions, custom website development, and Digital Marketing services.
- Pipeline & Relationship Management: Prospect aggressively, build healthy pipelines, nurture stakeholder relationships, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Client Needs Analysis:



Understand client business workflows, conduct requirement-gathering sessions, and collaborate with technical/pre-sales teams to present tailored proposals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate terms effectively, and secure client sign-offs independently.

What Were Looking For

- 3+ years of hands-on sales experience in ERP, Digital Marketing, and Website solutions.
- Robust comfort and proven background in visiting leads / field sales and face-to-face client pitching.
- Demonstrated track record of converting cold and warm leads into paying B2B clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
