Job Description:
Barouliya Fragrancia Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, confident, and target-oriented B2B Marketing & Sales Representative with proven experience in B2B sales, customer acquisition, and business development.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi, the ability to develop strong business relationships, and a willingness to travel interstate for customer visits and sales activities.
Candidates with experience in the fragrance, FMCG, chemical, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new B2B customers and identify potential business opportunities.
- Visit prospective and existing customers to generate enquiries and secure orders.
- Promote and sell fragrance products for various industrial applications.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and outstanding payments.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Conduct market visits and identify new customers and sales opportunities.
- Communicate professionally with customers in English and Hindi.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Product & Application Knowledge:
Candidates should have knowledge of, or experience selling,
fragrances used in the following applications:
- Detergents and laundry products
- Soaps and cleaning products
- Agarbatti / incense sticks
- Perfumes and fine fragrances
- Home-care products
- Personal-care products
- Other industrial fragrance applications
Candidate Requirements:
- 3 to 10 years of B2B marketing and sales experience is mandatory.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required for customer communication, sales discussions, negotiations, and reporting.
- Knowledge of additional Indian languages is an advantage.
- Experience in fragrance, FMCG, chemicals, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, convert enquiries into orders, and develop recent accounts.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel interstate for customer meetings and business development.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Word, email, and laptop usage.
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass or above.
Salary & Employee Benefits
- Monthly salary of 30,000 To 50,000, depending on experience and suitability.
