Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: freshers to 1 Years

Work Mode: Remote

Interview Mode: Virtual.

Job Time: Us Night Shift (6 Pm to 3 AM)

No of Working Days: 5 Days

About the Role:

The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing bench IT consultants and placing them on suitable US client projects. This role involves active coordination with prime vendors, clients, and internal teams to maximize bench utilization.

Responsibilities:

- Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens) for US contract opportunities
- Place bench consultants on suitable client projects
- Achieve and maintain a high bench utilization rate
- Generate leads and follow up on daily job requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors and clients
- Perform cold calling, email marketing, and follow-ups
- Use job portals like Dice, Monster,



CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn for requirements
- Stay updated on US IT market trends, in-demand skills, and competitive landscape

Key Skills & Abilities:

- Solid communication and sales skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to build and maintain vendor and client networks
- Knowledge of US staffing process and bench marketing
- Understanding of technical skills to match profiles with job requirements
- Experience with job portals and ATS tools
