We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, particularly in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and integrations.

The candidate will work with the ServiceNow team to implement and enhance ServiceNow modules across global locations, develop technical solutions, and ensure integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support ServiceNow modules across global locations.
- Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITAM and SAM modules.
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into standardized technical solutions.
- Prepare technical specifications and perform component integration testing.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow using scripting and platform capabilities.
- Develop and maintain UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, and AngularJS components.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong hands-on experience in ITAM, SAM, ITSM, and Integrations.
- Experience in at least one additional module: CMDB, ITOM, or CSM.
- Valuable knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting and configuration.
- Experience in technical design, implementation, and integration testing.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with global ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and standardize processes.
