Job Title: Cobot / Robot Operator

Department: Production / Robotics & Automation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cobot / Robot Operator to operate and monitor collaborative robots and industrial robotic systems in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for robot operation, component loading, production monitoring, quality inspection, and basic troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate collaborative robots (Cobots) and industrial robots as per production requirements.
- Monitor robotic systems and ensure smooth production operations.
- Load and unload components and fixtures.
- Perform robot setup, program selection, and basic robot teaching as per authorization and training.
- Monitor cycle time, production output, and product quality.
- Identify basic operational faults and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Perform routine machine checks and maintain production records.




- Follow safety procedures while working with robots and automated equipment.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain 5S and follow standard operating procedures.

Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Automation.

Experience:

Experience in robot operation, cobot operation, or industrial automation is preferred. Freshers may be considered depending on the company's requirements.

Preferred Technical Skills:

- Industrial robot and cobot operation.
- Basic knowledge of robotics and automation.
- Robot teaching and program selection.
- Knowledge of ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, Universal Robots, or Doosan robots is an advantage.
- Basic troubleshooting and production quality inspection.
