Key Requirements:
Experience in collections and portfolio management within the NBFC / Vehicle Finance industry.
Strong knowledge of Used Commercial Vehicle loan collections.
Ability to manage overdue accounts, improve collection efficiency, and maintain portfolio quality.
Solid team management, negotiation, and field collection skills.
