About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele marketing Executive to drive

business opportunities in the exhibition and B2B events industry. The candidate will be

responsible for identifying and acquiring clients for stall fabrication, stall design, branding,

event marketing, and related exhibition services, while also managing client coordination

throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

*Identify and generate new business opportunities from exhibitors, brands, corporate

events, and B2B event organizers.

*Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

*Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, online research, and

industry connections.

*Prepare and share quotations, proposals, presentations, and other client

documentation.

*Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed business.





*Coordinate with the Design, Production, Fabrication, and Operations teams to

ensure smooth execution of projects. Coordinate with clients regarding stall design approvals, branding requirements,

timelines, modifications, and execution details.

*Manage stall coordination during exhibitions and ensure client requirements are

addressed on time.

*Follow up with clients for advance payments, pending payments, and final

payment collections.

*Maintain proper records of client communication, quotations, orders, payments, and

project documentation.

*Attend exhibitions, conferences, and B2B events for business networking and lead

generation.

*Build a solid network within the exhibition, events, corporate, and B2B

ecosystem.

*Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue through regular reports.

*Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

*Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
