Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and internal controls to maintain transparency and integrity of financial data.

- Develop and implement effective strategies for cash flow management, investment opportunities, and risk mitigation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through informed decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-24 years of experience in finance & accounting role from manufacturing industry.

- B.Com degree in Any Specialization; Chartered Accountant qualification preferred but not mandatory.

- Robust expertise in accountancy, accounting principles, auditing standards (AS), balance sheet finalisation, budgetary control etc.
