Bizlumina Services is hiring for a Sales Engineer / Engineering Graduate in Delhi location. The position is with a startup organization affiliated to Israel based Principals/Promoters. The role combines technical sales / business development to OEMs / Companies in the defence industry sector along with general office management

Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach Indian defence OEMs, Private defence firms etc. for the company's products.
- Present technical offerings to Clients, procurement teams and decision makers; prepare presentations, brochures and proposals.
- Track tenders, RFIs and RFPs (including GeM and MoD / DRDO opportunities) and coordinate bid responses with the parent company.
- Build relationships with defence establishments, industry bodies and partners; represent the company at defence expos/exhibitions and trade shows.
- Maintain customer visit reports, sales pipelines, and regular follow-up records.
- Coordinate with internal / external teams to process orders, manage delivery,



and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- General administration and office management.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Engineering Graduate having 3 to 8 years of experience in technical product sales or business development (preferably in the defence, industrial/technical products, electronics or related industry).
- Good technical acumen (to explain technical products clearly to the Clients and procurement teams).
- Positive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Computer savvy with good MS Office skills.
- Willingness to travel within India for customer visits and business development.
