Job Summary

- Kanary Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter with hands-on experience in IT recruitment hiring.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing quality talent, screening profiles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment client based requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding support.
- Maintain candidate trackers,



reports, and recruitment records.
- Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Experience in permanent staffing and C2H recruitment processes.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.Role & responsibilities
