Team Leader: (Gurgaon / Pune) - 10LPA (Team Handling : 20+ Associates Under Reporting) - Must be Team Leader / Asst. Manager on Papers
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of insurance professionals in the Casualty, Commercial Line, Personal Lines, Property, and P&C; departments.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure productive policy servicing and claims processing.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in the insurance industry with expertise in casualty, commercial line, personal lines, property, or P&C.;
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
