Job Description:

PA Wealth Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven record of closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple job positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely interview attendance and joining.
- Negotiate salary expectations and communicate job offers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.




- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring requirements.
- Monitor recruitment progress and maintain effective candidate communication.

Requirements:

- Age: 30 years and above
- Graduate in any discipline; an HR qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Practical experience using job portals such as Indeed and Naukri.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on timely hiring closures.
