Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide field support for network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues using various tools such as ping, traceroute, and Wireshark.
- Configure recent networks from scratch or upgrade existing ones to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in a timely manner.
