We are looking for experienced professionals in the Commercial Loans – Working Capital segment to manage business lending activities, develop customer relationships, and drive loan disbursements across assigned locations. Overall Experience: 7+ years.Relevant Experience: Minimum 4 years in Commercial Loans / Working Capital Finance. Candidates from banks, NBFCs, and Small Finance Banks are eligible. Preference for candidates from Small Finance Banks. Strong knowledge of commercial lending, working capital products, credit processes, and customer acquisition. Proven track record in business development and achieving lending targets.Valuable communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. Important NoteCandidates from Bajaj Finance are not eligible (no-poach restriction).Candidates must have relevant commercial lending / working capital experience.
