Field Sales Executive (Business Loans)

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive business loan sales by acquiring current customers, generating leads, and building relationships with business owners, traders, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs/MSMEs).

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing eligible customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them throughout the loan application process.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, market mapping, referrals, and direct customer acquisition.

- Identify potential customers such as shop owners, traders, manufacturers, distributors, and MSME business owners.

- Promote business loan products and explain loan eligibility, features, and documentation requirements.

- Conduct regular field visits to acquire new customers and develop business relationships.

- Source applications for secured and unsecured business loans, as applicable.

- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.

- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for application processing and disbursement.

- Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of loan applications.

- Achieve monthly sales targets for lead generation, loan sourcing, and disbursements.





- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and daily field activity updates.

- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, referral partners, and DSAs.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Experience in field sales, business loans, SME/MSME loans, NBFC sales, banking sales, or financial services is preferred.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered, depending on the employer's requirements.

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for field sales activities.

- Target-oriented approach with the ability to generate leads and close sales.
