We're a performance marketing agency behind some of India's fast-growing D2C brands. We build their Shopify stores, run their Meta ads, create the videos that sell their products, and work as growth partners on every big decision. We don't do surface-level marketing. We go deep into every account, from numbers and creatives to the customer journey, and that's exactly what we'll teach you.

Why this internship is different

Most internships give you busywork. Here you'll work hands-on with live D2C brands doing 3–5 crore in annual revenue. You'll see how real brands scale: what makes an ad work, why sales go up or down, and how founders make decisions. You'll learn more about e-commerce in three months here than most people learn in their first two years.

What we'll teach you

• Performance marketing basics: how Meta ads work, and what ROAS, CPA, CTR and scaling actually mean.

• Analytics basics: how to read a brand's numbers and turn them into insights a client understands.

• Shopify: how D2C stores are built, run and improved for conversions.

• Client servicing: how to communicate with founders confidently, handle tough conversations and run accounts smoothly.

• How a top agency works: briefing creative teams,



managing timelines and getting things done.

What you'll do

• Work alongside our account managers on 2–4 live brands from week one.

• Handle client WhatsApp updates and follow-ups, making sure no message goes unanswered.

• Turn client requests into clear tasks for our ads, video, design and Shopify teams, and track them through to delivery.

• Help build weekly performance reports.

• Join client calls, take notes and own the action items.

Who we're looking for

• A graduate or final-year student. Any stream is fine, but marketing or business is a plus.

• Sharp written English and Hindi. You should be comfortable writing in Hinglish.

• Organized, quick to respond, and someone who follows up without being reminded.

• Genuinely curious about D2C brands, ads and e-commerce.

• Available full-time in our Gurgaon office for 3 months.
