A US-based full-service law, tax, and accounting firm established in 1992, with offices across the US and India. The firm provides accounting, taxation, legal, and compliance services to corporate and individual clients globally.

Role: Accounts, Payroll and Tax Associate (US Domain)

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 1+ Years

Salary: Up To 11 LPA

Job Profile:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities for US-based clients.

• Handle Payroll and Sales Tax filing processes.

• Record and review financial transactions, invoices, bills, payments, and journal entries.

• Perform Bank, Credit Card, Vendor, Customer, and General Ledger Reconciliations.

• Prepare and post adjusting journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and depreciation entries.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare and review Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.

• Review financial data and identify discrepancies, errors, or unusual transactions.





• Coordinate with US clients to obtain required financial information and resolve accounting queries.

• Support audit and year-end accounting requirements by preparing required schedules and reconciliations.

• Ensure timely completion of client deliverables while maintaining high accuracy.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years experience of accounting.

• Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping and Accounting Processes.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero, Tally

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

• Valuable written and verbal English communication skills

Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

5 Days Working
