Role Description

Discover Websoft is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at our Indore office.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other online communication channels, providing clear and timely information about our products and services.

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for troubleshooting basic technical issues, coordinating with internal teams, and following up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their queries.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Important: This position is strictly Work From Office (WFO)



in Indore. Only candidates currently residing in Indore are eligible to apply. Applications from candidates outside Indore will not be considered. Remote, work-from-home, and hybrid work options are not available.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about company services, website development, digital marketing, and other offerings.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Coordinate with developers, project managers, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their queries and concerns are resolved on time.
- Maintain customer records, interaction details, and follow-up activities in CRM or support tools.
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements in support processes.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with customers.
- Ensure timely responses and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong customer support and customer service skills.




- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Basic understanding of website development, digital marketing, or IT services is preferred.
- Ability to provide basic technical support and explain solutions clearly.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer concerns.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, ticketing tools, and standard office software.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- A diploma or degree in Business, IT, or a related field is beneficial.
