1–3 years of relevant experience in assembly operations within a manufacturing setting.
Experience in plastic products, toys, consumer products, or similar manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of assembly processes and production line management.
- Knowledge of quality inspection methods and defect analysis.
- Ability to manage shop-floor manpower and meet production targets.
- Good problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Knowledge of 5S, SOPs, and workplace safety practices.
