We're looking for a Manager Operations – Medical Coding (HCC) to lead high-performing teams and drive operational excellence.
Location: Indore (Onsite)
Experience: 8+ Years
Employment Type: Full time
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end medical coding operations across multiple accounts
Drive productivity, quality, SLA, and compliance targets
Manage large teams and develop future leaders
Ensure adherence to ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, HIPAA, and client guidelines
Collaborate with clients and leadership through governance reviews and MIS reporting
Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence initiatives
Support business continuity, risk management, and client satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications:
CPC, CRC, or CCS certification preferred.
8+ years of experience in US Healthcare/Medical Coding Operations
2-4 years of experience in a managerial role.
