Job Overview

Are you a fresher looking to start your career in a professional, international work environment Join our Immigration Support Team as an Immigration Support and gain hands-on experience in immigration documentation, record management, application tracking, and administrative coordination.

No prior immigration experience is required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn, have good communication skills, and are comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the immigration team with preparing, organizing, and maintaining immigration-related documents and records.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy using established checklists.
- Update spreadsheets, internal databases, and case-tracking systems.
- Follow up with candidates and internal teams to collect pending documents and information.
- Track case progress, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive personal and employment documents.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day immigration operations.




- Coordinate with team members to resolve missing information and documentation discrepancies.

Who Can Apply

- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
- Candidates with any bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification may apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn immigration documentation processes and internal procedures.
- Ability to work from the Vadodara office during the 7:00 PM–4:00 AM shift.

Prior immigration or US staffing experience is not mandatory. Training and process guidance will be provided.
