Role Description The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into engaging, high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s motivational and training objectives. Day-to-day tasks include trimming and organizing clips, adding transitions, overlays, music, and sound effects, and ensuring consistent visual style and pacing across all videos. The role also involves basic color correction, applying motion graphics and text elements, and collaborating with content creators to refine scripts and visual concepts. The Video Editor will manage multiple projects, optimize content for various digital platforms,



and ensure timely delivery of final outputs. This is a full time remote role. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience assembling and refining motivational or educational content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual quality.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar).
• Excellent visual storytelling, attention to detail, and understanding of pacing, composition, and audio-visual synchronization.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with speakers, trainers, and creative team members.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience editing motivational or training content is a plus.
