Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves Calling clients, understanding their wellness needs, and recommending appropriate Reaviva services and packages. The Sales Associate will manage inquiries in person and via phone or digital channels,Multiple data conduct consultations to explain offerings, and guide clients through booking and payment processes. They will maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow up on leads, and support promotional activities, including in-center events and campaigns. The role also includes collaborating with the wellness team to ensure a consistent client experience,



providing product and service information, and meeting individual and team sales targets. Qualifications
• Client relationship and sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling to match services with client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients, explain holistic health offerings clearly, and build long-term relationships.
• Skills such as handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting smooth client check-ins and check-outs.
• Comfort with using point-of-sale systems, maintaining client databases, and working with digital tools for follow-ups and reporting.
• Interest in holistic health, wellness, and science-backed treatments, with the ability to learn and communicate service benefits accurately.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor, and collaborate effectively with clinical and wellness staff.
• Previous experience in retail, spa, clinic, or wellness-center sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or health-related fields is an advantage.
