Role Description The Senior Video Editor role is a full-time position based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end video editing across marketing campaigns, brand films, social media content, ad creatives, and explainer videos. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, selecting and refining shots, adding motion graphics, applying color grading, optimizing audio, and ensuring visual consistency across formats and platforms. The Senior Video Editor will collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, copywriters,



and marketing strategists to translate briefs into compelling visual stories that support performance marketing and brand objectives. The role also involves maintaining organized project files, managing timelines, mentoring junior editors, and staying current with video trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications
• Robust expertise in Video Editing and Video Production for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Video Color Grading and visual enhancement to create polished, consistent and impactful content.
• Hands-on experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to design visually engaging intros, transitions, overlays, and animations.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media formats, and platform-specific video requirements (YouTube, Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to interpret briefs, provide creative input, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead video editing role, ideally within an agency or high-volume content environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant educational background in film, media, animation, design, communication, or a related field is preferred.
