. The product is live, with paid plans. Now we need the right people to find it.

About the role
We’re hiring our first growth person. You’ll work directly with the founder and own one goal: get InterviewGlide in front of job seekers around the world and turn them into paying users. You’ll find which channels work, run fast experiments, and turn the winners into a repeatable growth engine. What you’ll do
• Creators and influencers: find career, tech and job-search creators on Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn; negotiate, brief and track results.
• Short video: make Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn videos yourself that show the product in real use.
• Communities: Reddit, Discord, Telegram, college and job-seeker groups. Be useful, not spammy.
• Paid tests: small Meta and Google experiments once something works organically.
• Measure everything: set the metric before each test (sign-ups, trial interviews, payments), kill what doesn’t work and double down on what does.
• Talk to users every week and bring their exact words back to the product. Who you are
• 1–3 years in growth,

• You’ve run creator or influencer campaigns yourself: found creators, negotiated, briefed and tracked results.
• You live on Instagram, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn, and you know why a video works in the first 2 seconds.
• Proof of work over polish: show us a page you grew, a campaign or a test you ran, with the numbers.
• Hungry and fast: you’d rather ship 10 tests this week than write one perfect plan.
• Honest with numbers: you share bad results as quickly as good ones. Nice to have
• Experience with job seekers, students, edtech or career products.
• Creator networks in any market or language (India, US, Europe or anywhere else).
• You’ve grown your own page, channel or side project.
