Role Description The Client Manager Intern will support school clients in effectively using the StackERP School Management System and understanding its features. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with client onboarding, gathering requirements, documenting use cases, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve client queries. The intern will help conduct product demonstrations, provide basic training to users, and collect feedback to improve client satisfaction. This is an internship role,



based in office in Jaipur, requiring regular interaction with clients and the team at the local office. Qualifications
• Ability to understand and explain software features and workflows, with strong aptitude for learning cloud-based ERP platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders.
• Good organizational and documentation skills for managing client information, requirements, and follow-ups.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client issues and collaborate on solutions with the product and support teams.
• Comfort with using web dashboards and mobile applications; familiarity with education or school operations is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, demonstrate professionalism, and manage time effectively in a client-facing environment.
