Role Description As part of the STRATX–Perenhil partnership, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Medical Representative to strengthen Perenhil's pharmaceutical sales and market presence in Bengaluru. The candidate will engage with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals to promote Perenhil's assigned products, develop strong professional relationships, identify business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, prior pharmaceutical sales experience, confidence in engaging medical professionals, and the ability to manage field activities independently.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote Perenhil's pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Conduct regular field visits and develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Present product information accurately and confidently.
• Develop new accounts, expand market coverage, and achieve assigned sales targets.




• Manage territory-wise sales activities, customer follow-ups, and business development.
• Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of field visits, customer interactions, and sales performance.
• Coordinate with the relevant Perenhil and STRATX teams on business development and sales execution.
• Follow ethical pharmaceutical marketing practices and applicable regulations. Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or as a Medical Representative.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to engage confidently with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical sales, product promotion, and territory management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
• An existing network of doctors, clinics, or hospitals in Bengaluru is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
