Role Description The Assistant Store Manager Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Dundigal Gandimaisamma. This role supports daily store operations, including supervising staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely stocking of products. The position involves overseeing quality checks, managing order processing, coordinating with the production and logistics teams, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The Assistant Store Manager Operations helps implement store policies, supports customer service activities, prepares basic operational reports, and assists with cash handling and documentation.



The role also includes training and guiding team members to ensure efficient and consistent operations aligned with company standards. Qualifications
• Operational and store management skills, including supervision of staff, workflow coordination, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Inventory and logistics skills, such as stock monitoring, order handling, coordination with suppliers or warehouses, and basic documentation.
• Customer service and communication skills, including professional interaction with customers, handling queries, and supporting a positive in-store experience.
• Quality, hygiene, and safety awareness, with the ability to enforce food safety practices and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Basic administrative and reporting skills, including record keeping, cash handling support, and use of POS or simple software tools.
• Prior experience in retail, food & beverage, or supermarket operations is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Dundigal Gandimaisamma and manage shifts as required.
• Strong reliability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
