requirements:
• Fluency in both Malayalam and English languages, with the ability to speak and communicate confidently with creators in each language.
• A personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.

. Candidate profile
• A Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) is preferred. A background in Media, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• An interest in social media, creators, influencer marketing, and regional content.
• Valuable communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while working remotely.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media is preferred.

Key responsibilities
• Primarily identify, research, and work with Malayalam regional influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Reach out to creators in Malayalam and English via calls, email, DM, and WhatsApp.




• Build and maintain databases of regional creators.
• Discuss campaign briefs, negotiate commercials, and coordinate with creators throughout campaigns.
• Follow up on content submissions, feedback, approvals, and posting deadlines.
• Assist with campaign planning, execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Stay updated on Malayalam creator trends and regional content formats. Perks

• Learn creator sourcing, negotiations, campaign execution, reporting, and client servicing.
• Work on campaigns for national and international brands.
• Receive a 6-month internship certificate.
