Role Description The Inventory Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Inventory Executive will oversee daily stock management, including receiving goods, verifying quantities and quality, updating inventory records, and reconciling physical stock with system data. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, identifying shortages or excesses, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and ensuring timely replenishment to support smooth store and delivery operations. The role involves maintaining organized storage areas, implementing inventory control procedures, preparing regular reports, and supporting audits and compliance with internal standards.



The Inventory Executive will work closely with operations and store teams to minimize waste, reduce discrepancies, and help maintain KisanKonnect’s promise of quality and traceability. Qualifications
• Strong inventory management and stock control skills, including experience with inventory tracking systems and basic reconciliation.
• Proficiency in data entry, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, and storage best practices, preferably in food or grocery environments.
• Attention to detail, numeracy, and ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a structured manner.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with procurement, warehouse, store, and delivery teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
• Understanding of quality control and basic hygiene standards related to handling fresh produce and food products.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in inventory, storekeeping, or warehouse roles is beneficial; experience in retail or agri/food businesses is an advantage.
• Comfort with using handheld devices or POS/ERP systems for stock updates and transactions.
