Role Description: The Chat Support Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Kozhikode. In this position, the executive will handle customer inquiries via chat, provide accurate information on services and processes, and resolve basic issues or escalate cases when needed.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining clear and courteous communication, updating records, performing routine clerical tasks, and coordinating with other team members to ensure prompt responses. The role requires adherence to internal guidelines, efficient management of multiple chat conversations, and consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette.
• Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and prioritize customer queries in a fast-paced environment.
• A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Comfort working on-site in Kozhikode and collaborating with a diverse team.
