Role Description The Management Associate role is a full-time, in office position based in Cannanore. The role involves supporting daily store operations, including monitoring inventory, coordinating with department leads, and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures. The Management Associate will assist in analyzing sales and performance data, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to enhance store efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include participating in project-based initiatives, supporting merchandising and promotional activities, and helping implement process improvements across departments.



The role also includes collaborating with teams to train staff on operational practices, customer service guidelines, and performance metrics while maintaining a safe and organized store environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, monitoring KPIs, and supporting data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with store teams, management, and external partners.
• Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Finance skills for understanding budgets, margins, and store-level financial performance.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to support store initiatives, process improvements, and rollout of new operational practices.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to help onboard and coach staff on procedures, customer service, and performance standards.
• Relevant skills include knowledge of retail operations, customer service orientation, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred; prior retail or hypermarket experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and commitment to on-site presence in Cannanore.
