Role Description The Marketing Intern role is a remote internship position focused on supporting the promotion of Smart Clicks’ digital content services. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in researching target markets, identifying potential client segments, and gathering insights on competitors and industry trends. The role includes contributing to basic marketing strategies, preparing content for social media or outreach campaigns, and supporting communication with prospective and existing clients. The intern will help coordinate inquiries, respond to customer questions, and assist the sales team with lead generation and follow-ups. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to digital content marketing while working collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams. Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to conduct Market Research to analyze customer needs,



competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Basic understanding of Sales processes, such as lead generation, follow-ups, and supporting conversion efforts.
• Foundational knowledge of Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning and brand positioning.
• Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide information, and maintain professional client relationships.
• Interest in digital content services such as photoshoots, cinematography, and advertising.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
